Laughing yoga is for anyone who wants fun & laughter in their life.
It's a unique concept where we laugh without jokes, humour & comedy. The laughter is initiated with mindful movement, eye contact & willingness. It's a mixture of laughing exercises along with deep breathing. The evidence suggests the body can't distinguish between real and fake laughter. Laughing yoga itself was started in Mumbai in 1995 with 5 people. Now its in over 100 countries and 1000's of groups. Evidence for laughing and wellbeing goes all the way back to 1850.
