Hi Ladies, My name is Joanna and I am a fitness and wellness lover who is looking to share my passion for healthy lifestyle. I'm creating this group because in the past 2 years I have lost over 15 lbs and completely turned over my eating habits, which has made a positive change in my life. I would like to meet and empower other ladies who maybe have or want to improve their health, enjoy being active & like to workout and/or maybe struggle with weight and need some support and motivation to keep their healthy eating & exercise habits going. All in all this group is inclusive of anyone, from ladies who are on their weight loss journey to women who are already very active and want to meet like minded people. My idea for meetups would be anything from coffee, smoothie meetups, occasional happy hours, or dinners to outdoor activities like hiking, yoga, meditation, cooking classes etc. I'm also open to ideas!
I'm hoping this group can be fun and in addition to 'getting our fit on' we can also meet new people and have a little fun and get social. If you're interested I'm encouraging you to join!! :)
