This is a fast paced class designed to get you in shape "boot camp" style! A great way to take your favorite work out to a new environment. Experience high intensity , full body work outs that target strength, cardio, flexibility, core and muscle endurance on a paddle board!
This class is open to anyone and everyone, whether it's your first time on a paddle board or your 100th.
