Private Money/Hard Money Lenders Focus Group

Do you currently loan money to real estate investors?

Do you currently have money just sitting around and want to start loaning money to real estate investors?

A private money/hard money lender is a non-institutional (non-bank) individual or company that loans money, generally secured by a note and deed of trust, for the purpose of funding a real estate transaction. Private money lenders are generally considered more relationship-based than hard money lenders.

If private money/hard money lending is an area of real estate investing that is of interest to you…then you need to be at the Stark County Real Estate Investors Association’s Private Money/Hard Money Lenders Focus Group.

This is NOT a meeting for people who want to get loans from private money/hard money lenders.

Come discuss loan projects you are considering. Discuss loan terms. Discuss your project preferences. Network with other lenders.

This event is FREE for any REIA member. The fee for non-REIA members $5.
