The purpose and mission of this group is to teach, help and learn from anyone who has interest in their own spiritual growth and transformation.

In January 2013, my attention shifted to focus on Buddhism. My pilgrimage to Ladakh, India in September 2012 opened up a new spiritual doorway for me and brought back memories of my lifetimes in the Mahayana and Theraveda lineages. As such, this meetup group will focus on encouraging Buddhist philosophy as a way of life and progressing on the path of spiritual growth and expansion.
