Doug Thorner is the Denver Chapter Director for Startup Grind. In addition Doug is the Cofounder/President at Drumfire Sales Search. Drumfire is solving the sales equation - process software and people for emerging technology products and services. Doug is passionate about startups and helping them build and grow their business. Doug has over 15 years of human capital and business development experience, and has successfully launched the US offices of two international firms and spearheaded multiple new ventures regionally. He has provided RPO solutions for startups to Fortune 500 companies, and has a proven track record of developing new business and cultivating long-term strategic relationships. Doug has written and contributed to various articles focused on job creation and the economy and is frequently a guest speaker and panelist at related events.

Sabina Zolot, Co-Director, SG Denver
Sabina Zolot is the Co-director for Startup Grind Denver. Sabina has over 16 years of event management experience both professionally for organizations such as Hillel of Colorado and the Anti-Defamation League and as a volunteer for organizations including Boulder Community Health and Colorado State University Alumni Association. She has planned and managed a wide range of events including more intimate events such as professional organization and networking events, trainings and meetings and large events including golf tournaments and fundraising lunches and dinners with over 400 people. Sabina also managed a travel company and researched and planned trips for small businesses and individuals. Most recently Sabina has worked on projects for Vail Resorts and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
