We’re told to prepare for the new normal, characterized by periods of economic contraction alternating with economic expansion as waves of infections rise and wane. How does an entrepreneur deal with chaos, disruption and uncertainty? What strategies can be employed to not only cope with but confront and conquer these upcoming challenges?
Who is Oscar E. Arias?
As entrepreneurs we are supposed to be the disruptors, we are the harbingers of chaos to complacent industries. We're supposed to be comfortable with uncertainty. What happens to us when we get served a dose of our own medicine? Can we conquer chaos when it's forced upon us? Oscar can certainly help us use our innovative skills to turn chaos from tormentor into ally.
Oscar E. Ariasis a Transformational Leadership and Learning Expert who works with organizations, universities, an emerging entrepreneurs to release their full potential through peak performance and human development technologies. He is a highly sought after Learning and Development Consultant and holds a Masters in Organizational Learning and Leadership with a focus on Transformative and Positive Learning Systems.
