IT Field Applications Engineer for E la Carte – an exciting, established startup in Palo Alto!

A former member
Post #: 30
E la Carte is creating a restaurant revolution by equipping restaurant tables with touch-screen Presto tablets. Diners can split checks, peruse menus, place orders, make payments, and play games – all from the comfort of their restaurant seats without having to wait. Founded in 2008, E la Carte’s 20 employees are headquartered in Palo Alto, in the heart of Silicon Valley.

We've raised several million in funding, with investors including Y-Combinator, SV Angel, Lightbank; Founders of companies such as Groupon, Dropbox, Farmville, & Reddit; plus Executives from restaurant chains like Applebees and Panera Bread.

The culture in our company is straightforward: take ownership of your projects, communicate regularly with others and get stuff done. No big company bureaucracy – the bias towards action and results, not popularity and politics. Flexible hours and free lunches. We move fast, take risks, and aim high. There is nothing as exciting as building a product and company from the ground up!
