I'm here to show you how to get lean, stay energized and become Mission FIT! The Stay Ready Fit Camp is designed to help individuals who are struggling to lose weight or build muscle and need help with finding the motivation to workout and eat healthy. Come get motivated and get results with an awesome support system that will be with you every step of the way on your journey to a healthier lifestyle. This is a beginner class so please do not show up if you are expecting an unrealistic fitness program that only a few people can do. Each meet-up we will stretch for 10 minutes followed by 30 minutes of resistance and bodyweight style workouts and a 5 minute cool-down at the end.
