Sean has earned yoga instructor certifications from as far away as Baron Baptiste Power Yoga in Pahoa, Hawaii, and from Amazing Yoga in Tulum, Mexico, and at 16 he became Pittsburgh's youngest-ever yoga teacher. He has experience teaching all ages and group sizes, including professional athletes and individuals with disabilities.
