this run is for anyone who fits into one or more of the following categories:
* you've never run a mile before
* you think that you would be dead at a half mile
* when people say they ran 5 miles or more you think they're nuts
* if its been a long time since you've run
* training for a 5k, half marathon or a marathon
...then this run's for you.
all running speeds welcome. run as much or as little as you like - as slow or as fast you like - it's totally up to you - just run and have some fun. for those that want it, support is provided. i'll be running with you as a group. you run, i run. you walk, i walk. once we've completed the first mile, those that like are welcome to run a little farther and complete a 5k - 3 miles.
there's construction at the pier and because of that there's free parking behind "wings beachwear" on a1a and commercial blvd. you'll find plenty of spots weekday mornings, but nights and weekends it's almost impossible.

6:45 pm - arrival, check-in on meetup app, meet & greet - warm-up
7:00 pm - run!!!
