Held on Saturday afternoons at 4:00pm, these classes are an opportunity to delve into the richness of Italy’s underappreciated wines, while enjoying a selection of complementary Italian fares, such as moreish cured meats and rich Italian cheeses. There are currently five classes available: Wines of Northern Italy, Wines of Central Italy, Wines of Tuscany, Wines of Southern Italy, and Italian Wines and the Old World. At the end of each class, guests are invited to top up with their favourite pour and enjoy the popular Aperitivo spread of Italian samplings.
