We are partnering with the Children's Museum to have a short uke learning event, followed by a concert for the children and their families.

Times for these performances/workshop:
11:30a-12:15p and 1-1:45p

We will expect everyone participating to arrive by 11 am.

Because we will be working with kids, members have to have background checks and clearances done and submitted to the museum by April 5th in order to participate.

If you already have clearances, please send these documents directly to the museum's HR Director:
Allison Lee-Mann ([masked])
Feel free to call her if you have any questions or trouble obtaining the clearances:[masked] x290.

If you do not already have clearances, follow instructions below: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1cCODTBPCjZHhr2PQIb3AVNFUbid5t_v-
and if you qualify for Employee Affadavit in lieu of fingerprinting, fill this out: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1fqy6TBiTpap -u7G5ps7O7wn0ugiR1FzN
