Do you fancy Cafe Racers? Might you enjoy wrenching on your vintage Brit bike? Perhaps you prefer Italian exotics or are into retro Japanese racers. Are you a fan of Rockabilly, Punk Rock, Psychobilly or good 'ole Bluegrass? How about Pin-Ups, Pints of Guinness, HP sauce on your chips? Do you like grilling'-n-chillin? How about going on a twisty road ride and then camping out with your mates? You've come to the right place!
The Steel City Rockers welcome all who share our passion. A passion, based upon the authentic roots of motorbikes and rock n' roll.
This is not a 1%er group, not an M.C., we do not have any affiliation, implied or otherwise to these types of organizations. While Steel City Rockers respect those who live their chosen lifestyle, we are a social club, claiming zero territory and do not fly any three piece patches or any M.C. insignia. Please refer to our charter link below for more details.
Please, no cruisers, no crotch rockets. Also, your bike should be able to maintain at minimum an 80mph pace for at least 150 miles before refueling. It is highly advisable that you have several years of riding experience prior to requesting to join this meetup in addition to having successfully completed rider basic and advanced safety courses. We encourage you to read our charter. (note: after two months of inactivity, you will be removed due to lack of interest and participation, unless we know you personally).
Active participants contribute $6.00 monthly through this meetup site of which $5.05 remains after fees. The contributions are used to fund the costs of this meetup website. Whatever is left over goes towards the purchase of t-shirts and other group-based equipment for rides and events (mainly beer, charcoal and burgers, specific fund allocation is determined by paying members). Not all participants contribute to support this meetup site. Exemptions are made to invited guests because they want to be in the loop and like to ride with us.
The Steel City Rockers group reserves the right to refuse and or revoke membership herein and can change any and all above terms at their discretion without notification. Participation in this meetup is an acknowledgement and agreement with these statements.
