What we're about

Steiner Ranch has tens of miles of trails running through Balcones canyonland and the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve. Unfortunately, the trails are only open to residents and their guests. That's why I'm here - to invite you on a hike as my guest. This is your chance to hike a not so heavily traversed part of Texas hill country with stellar views of Lake Austin. We'll do 5-10 mile hikes.

If we're lucky, we'll see rare wildlife like roadrunners or the Golden-checked Warbler. If we're unlucky, we'll run into coyotes, snakes, bobcats, panthers, cougars, or mountain lions. Wear good shoes so you can outrun the person next to you!

Survivors are welcome to meet for food/drinks close by.

This is a group for all ages, but if you bring kiddos, make sure they can keep up. Leashed dogs welcome.
