ABOUT THE PANELISTS

Kim Lehult - Curious, result driven, passionate and fast moving serial Entrepreneur, Business Developer, online nerd and Writer. Thinker and doer, sometimes on the spot and always online. If you say impossible - she'll find a way. Kim is involved in multiple projects for her own companies within business development with focus on online marketing, online strategy and as an Online expert and consultant. She also, occasionally, takes some time to moderate or speak at conferences, workshops and other online marketing related events.

Hans Becker is a passionate innovator and serial entrepreneur. He has been working with various Internet projects and companies since 1996, both as a founder and CEO. Hans has created and run six different start-ups within the mobile, internet media and music streaming space. Some highlights: run the biggest mobile campaign for collecting payments for Tsunami victims, started one of the first music streaming services on mobiles, created the second biggest celebrity news site in the world with offices in 11 countries. Hans is currently starting up businesses in West Africa for helping municipalities to manage parking and collecting payments via mobiles.

Madeleine Harju - Background in HR, but has been working in the IT industry for five years with a focus on attracting and recruiting IT competence. Used to work for STING, helping startups recruit and advising them how to build teams. Prior to that, Madeleine was a consultant and worked with various companies helping them to recruit and attract talent. Now she's working towards bigger companies as a competence developer/business developer, and is a co-founder of Kidz Academy, programming camps for kids.
