In today’s busy world more and more people are looking for affordable ways to care for themselves to bring relief from everyday stress and anxiety. I would like to share with you the energy techniques that I practice and show you how you can help yourself too.

The techniques that I offer, such as Reiki, Touch for Health (TFH) Kinesiology, Yoga Nidra and Sound Baths do not simply focus on the symptoms you are experiencing but they look at you as a whole person…..how are you doing really? Energy medicine and therapy is not a modern concept or approach and it’s origins are found throughout the ancient world. This is what fascinated me when I first started to look at these techniques……why did we evolve in such a way that we are often so sceptical of these things that worked for our ancestors many thousands of years ago.

I offer individual Reiki, TFH, Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath sessions from my base at a yoga studio in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, where I also offer group sessions, training courses and workshops.

Yoga Nidra is a centuries-old Indian meditative tradition also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation” that leaves you with a sense of total calm. No experience necessary and nothing for you to do just simply be. Most people who join my sessions feel totally rested and rejuvenated for a couple of days so it’s a great way to end the working week as you head into the weekend or to take a pause midweek from the action and activity……just being and breathing and the body lying there. An added bonus is that it’s likely you will have a fantastic night's sleep that night too!
