If you want to lead with your strengths and help others develop theirs, this meetup is for you.
I invite you to join this group as key strengths advocates and practitioners to grow your knowledge on how to increase effectiveness by leading with your strengths and coach/manage to the strengths on your teams or clients.
By connecting with like-minded leaders in this movement, you (and I) will;
• Connect and Learn from other fellow Strengths enthusiasts and leaders in CLT and the State • Learn from the monthly programs designed to educate and inspire performance and collaboration • Equip ourselves with the latest tools, methodologies, and science to develop human potential to peak performance
Strengths-based Leadership NC (CLT Chapter) was inspired by Leadership Rhode Island, the first strengths-based state in the nation. A multi-year initiative helped Rhode Islanders discover, develop, and leverage their individual and collective strengths to change and impact their communities, lead change, and engage workers.
Creating a strengths-based state absolutely requires collaboration between leaders and visionaries in a community / city / state.
Are you one of them?
A Leader/Supervisor/Director | HR/Talent Professional | Coach | Business Owner/CEO | Entrepreneur | Visionary | VP | SVP | Non-Profit Leader
Rhode Island’s shift to focusing on strengths allowed them to go from 50th (last) in “actively disengaged” employees to 15th in three years.
Why? Because unlocking our potential by discovering our talents and growing them to strengths works.
We will learn about Positive and Strengths Psychology, through the Clifton StrengthsFinder Assessment and the VIA, EQ, Mindfulness, Biohacking Leaders, Mindful Leadership, and other tools that grow our strengths to become the best version of ourselves and help others do the same.
What piece of the puzzle do you hold? We need you. It starts with us uniting.
I believe that NC can be a strengths-based state, too, someday. That begins with leveraging our talents, experiences, and skillsets to lead a movement that can uplift humanity starting with our cities, towns, universities, and government agencies alongside corporations and organizations that employ our residents.
