Look, we all know the feeling of stress in the body and in the mind, and we know the detrimental effects long-term stress can have on the body.
I knew it in a very intense way, back at the end of 2016, when my parents passed away (yes both of them – a month and three days apart!). For the next year or so I had no energy, was nervous all the time and my immune system was not anywhere close to functioning up to par. Truth to tell, I felt like a mess.
But your situation doesn't have to be nearly as intense as mine. Why, just going from home to work can be an exercise in stress management!
If stress is something you're navigating, then this meetup is for you.
Here participants will learn quick, practical techniques they can immediately implement. We'll discuss ways we can diminish the stress in our lives (or at least it handle better) and we’ll have fun doing it because, let’s be real here, having fun and laughing really is the best way I know of to lower stress.
