Welcome to inhale NYC, Would you like to well respond to stressor ? Would you like to be relaxed ? This group is for anyone who is interested to learn how to reduce the stress and relaxed. The class is MBSD program and will include Stretch, Deep Relaxation, Breathing Practices and some other techniques. It will also include Walking Meditation, Forest Bathing (Shinrinyoku) when the weather permits.
The first meetup will be scheduled in mid August at Union Square area.
