Welcome to inhale NYC, Would you like to well respond to stressor ? Would you like to be relaxed ? This group is for anyone who is interested to learn how to reduce the stress and relaxed. The class is MBSD program and will include Stretch, Deep Relaxation, Breathing Practices and some other techniques. It will also include Walking Meditation, Forest Bathing (Shinrinyoku) when the weather permits.
The first meetup will be scheduled in mid August at Union Square area.
Using pillows and props your body is totally supported. This is a relaxation class to reduce physical and mental stress to balance your mind and body.You will be experiencing Eye Movement, Restorative Poses, Relaxation with body scan and imaging, breathing practices.
Please have any household items if you do not have yoga props, we use bolster (2 pillows) yoga strap (tie or belt) yoga block (books or shoe box), blanket (beach towels), eye pillows (washcloth) and essential oil if you have.
