What we're about
This group is designed for those who may believe that our Mental Game is an important part of 'successful' living. We will gather upon a themes such as Resilience, Stress Reduction, Pain Management, Performance Enhancement, Mindfulness Meditation, and many others. We will include fitness and movement related sessions since volumes of research suggest that movement is just as much (if not more!) a part of brain training as mental practice. We have partnered with, and welcome other mind-body professionals to share Insights, Practices, and Networking Opportunities. All are welcome - beginner's mind is BEST!
