Welcome! I’m grateful you are checking out this group. Would you like to explore ways to reduce stress naturally and live a more joyful and balanced life? If you answered yes this is the group for you!

Life is full of complexities and you are probably amidst some right now. It can become quite a juggling act when our attention, focus and energy are pulled in so many directions. It’s no wonder that we get stressed! Feelings of overwhelm, worry, anxiety and fear emerge along with all sorts of havoc on our emotional being and physical health. Stress relief is possible and so is taking control of your life.

As a certified lifestyle coach and essential oil educator, I partner with clients who are feeling overwhelmed and help them reduce stress, find balance and align with their purpose to live a joyful and satisfying life through self-exploration techniques, self-development exercises, setting boundaries and implementing a self-care routine.

I invite you to attend classes and workshops to explore various ways to relieve stress and connect with your true inner state of being so that you can enjoy a satisfyingly joyful and balanced life. We will use various techniques and discuss self-care paractices and natural remedies such as essential oils that can be used to support overall balance of mind, body and spirit.
