Stroller Fitness is for moms of little ones and led by an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Each 60 min total body Stroller Bootcamp workout combines power walking or running, strength and toning. Tabata cardio classes are 45 minutes including warmup and cooldown and consist of short periods of high intensity with short periods of recovery. All fitness levels are welcome! Come out and have fun while meeting other moms in the area, make new friendships for you and your little ones and get fit in the process!
