Tabata is a 45 min workout that will rev your metabolism and leave you burning calories hours later. The class is designed for all fitness levels since low impact and beginner modifications are provided for all moves. We will end the workout with 5 minutes of core work. (Just a mat is needed..No hand weights are needed for this class).
Please arrive at least 5 min before class begins to get ready for class to start. I like to begin right at 9:45 so if you are running late, please send me a text ([masked]). Can't wait to see you there!
