Class is 60 min, including warmup and cool down/stretch. The program consists of alternating intervals of cardio and strength. You will need a set of 5-8lb hand weights and a mat.
Please arrive 10 min before class begins to set up your stroller and get ready for class to start. I like to begin right at 9:30 but if you are running late, please send me a text [masked]).
