I'm happy to share an upcoming summer fitness program that is open to ANYONE who wants to come!

This HIIT bootcamp-style workout will combine STRONG as well as other fitness drills and stretching.

*This program works for ANY fitness level and includes lots of variations to accommondate anybody's starting point.

Happening EVERY Friday evening at 6pm, At Columbus Park: Outdoor Track, 1005 Columbia Rd, Boston, MA 02127.
*Starting June 7th.*
