StrongMom is a boot camp for moms- during pregnancy, after and beyond. It is a total body fitness program that includes cardio and strength training, specifically targeting areas most impacted by pregnancy. Moms exercise with great music and their children nearby. The children are welcome to play, join in with their mom or participate in the organized activity with the caregiver on the sidelines. During the spring, summer and fall we're outside and classes continue in the winter inside.
