What we're about
We welcome trainees of all abilities, no matter what the goal: 10k races or Marathons. If you’re even just hoping to live an active lifestyle without getting hurt in the process, we will train you the best way we know how – like athletes.
These weekly group sessions will cover mobility & stability, along with strength, coordination and plyometric training. Exercises will be tailored to the specific requirements of runners. Exercises will be properly progressed or regressed depending on your experience, abilities, and injury history.
Our coaches have experience working with runners from the beginner, to the competitive age grouper, to the collegiate & National level athlete.

Day & Time: Every Thursday from 7:30-8:30pm
Cost: $85+GST for our month-to-month membership. Cancel at any time. We also offer a package of 10 drop-in sessions for $400+GST (sessions can be used anytime within 6 months).
