We are a volunteer led community kitchen who meet the first Sunday of the month at a private central location in Stroud to put on a 3 course communal vegan meal paid for on a 'pay what you feel' basis to encourage max. participation.

Volunteer chefs* turn up at 11am to cook for guests who come for serving at 1.30pm with surplus food used where possible.

Hope your'e enjoying your summer!! Just to let you know Stroud Cook Club | Café Connect returns; 1st September with a Pay What You Feel Vegan 3 Course Meal. 10.50am for cooks 1.30pm for guests We're doing a hand made garlic flatbread & humous starter, a tofu thai green curry for main and hand made snickers bar and creme for dessert (see poster attached for details). Following the meal will be a 30 minute talk by waste reduction expert Cate Cody. Dedicated to living sustainably, it includes practical tips and advice in all areas of modern life. Famed for putting her landfill bin out once every two years, she will be explaining how in an interesting and light hearted way.
