We are students of awareness. We use meditation practices based on traditions from India, Tibet, Native American and others. At the heart of these practices exists the capacity to open our hearts and minds to live without judgment and tune into the subtle wisdom (the collective unconscious as described by Carl Jung) that students and masters of meditation have been tapping into for centuries. We believe when we meditate as a group we create a resonance that supports each other in having deeper and richer experiences. Our experience is that these practices not only aide in quieting the mind, they also allow us to cut through limiting thoughts and beliefs that hold us back from being our best selves. We see meditation and complimentary practices such as prayer and chanting as tools towards opening up our capacity to live the life that is ours to live.
