Each year, half the population sets New Year's resolutions. With this half, by June only 40% will be somewhat on track with their resolutions. The other 60 % will have dropped off. In fact 25% will have dropped off by the end of the first week of January. This may be a wake up call for you.

The sad truth is that only 4% will succeed with their goals by June. What's missing for most people are the structures in place to get real results and that's what we're going to offer you.

We want each of you to have a kick butt and ridiculously amazing 2017 so that each of you can be the change you want to see in the world.

It's time to reflect on where we have been, and where we want to go this year. It's time to course correct and get yourself back on track in the major areas of your life - business, finances, health and fitness, relationships, mental and emotional well being, spirituality and contribution.

Being in the NY Powerteam and having access to so many outstanding people and resources, you'll do significantly better that the average person. This year we have asked several of our top goal achievers to be part of a special panel where they share their strategies and answer questions on how they made their dreams a reality.

Our members include people who have achieved great success in business, built companies, set world records, created outstanding, fulfilling relationships, achieved incredible fitness, experienced spiritual breakthroughs, developed awe-inspiring self confidence, written books, traveled the world, jumped out of planes, climbed mountains, raised amazing children, reinvented themselves, and so much more! There is so much that we can all learn from each other.

Please come and share questions to our Goals Leaders panel. Remember that the quickest way to get to where you want to be is to model others and explore their strategies for success. There will be very few opportunities like tonight where our members openly share what is working for them.

On our Goals Leaders panel, we will have top leaders in New York in the area of productivity.

1) Ray Sidney-Smith is a perennial Small Business Evangelist, working tirelessly to help small businesses launch, grow and succeed in the marketplace each and every day. He is the President of W3 Consulting, Inc., a consultancy providing small businesses, non-profit/community-based organizations, and small-to-solo law firms throughout the United States with practical approaches to business development using Web and digital technologies.

As a business and Web/digital technology strategist, Ray is often hired or invited by economic development authorities, chambers of commerce, small business development centers (currently providing Web, Social Media & Mobile Strategy counseling at Alexandria SBDC and Webinars for Virginia SBDC), and small business advocacy & support organizations to speak to SMB audiences, present technology workshop trainings, and conduct strategy sessions with small business owners on a myriad of management, Web and digital technology topics. In March 2014, he published SoLoMo Success: Social Media, Local and Mobile Small Business Marketing Strategy Explained.

His work has focused over the past 16 years in the legal, small business start-up, and management fields. As a serial entrepreneur bootstrapping his own ventures, advising countless organizations and business owners, and sitting on the board of technology start-ups, he has developed a keen sense for what factors determine successful outcomes in business management and technology implementations. In addition to his consulting firm, Ray sits on the board of advisers for two technology start-up firms at any given time.

In his spare time, Ray organizes and facilitates the two largest US-based personal productivity Meetup groups (in Washington, DC and New York, NY (http://www.meetup.com/gtdnyc/)) based on the books by David Allen, Getting Things Done and Making It All Work. Ray uses his education and passion for cognitive neuroscience, psychology, technology and personal productivity in helping professionals learn and implement the different stages of their Getting Things Done (GTD) productivity methodology implementation. He produces ProdPod, the podcast of productivity lessons in two minutes or less and hosts the popular Productivity Book Group, a virtual book club for productivity enthusiasts. 2) Arvin Khamseh is the founder of the Watch and Weight 30 Day Challenge, an Oxford trained geek, a graduate of the National Organization of Exceptional Talents, and one of the most sought after experts in the biohacking and peak performance community. He educates clients via broadcast video, podcasts, the Watch and Weight 30 Day Challenge, and speaking engagements all over the world.

Arvin understands that we are more than our perceived limitations. An advocate for personal development, he feels deeply for those who are struggling to live their passions. He works with a wide variety of professions, from tech consultants to dentists, internet marketers to meditation gurus. His message is the same: Feel the fear, and do it anyways. Arvin helps clients cut out the activities, responsibilities, and relationships standing between them and their goals. His guidance inspires others to transform their dreams into careers, and connect with their deepest purpose.

Arvin has spent over 10K on conferences with leaders in health, wellness, and peak performance in this year alone. As a graduate of the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talent, he has lived his life with a high exposure to exceptional ideas and leadership. However, the most powerful lesson he has learned was that ideas mean nothing until you IMPLEMENT them REGULARY. It’s by transforming his own life that he has honed these techniques in order to deliver the maximum results in the quickest time possible.


3) Ruth Dorsainville is a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC), Founder of the Recruiting and Staffing World and the Chairwoman of DNA Staffing Corporation. She also works on Wall Street as the Vice President of New York Staffing, a division of Chartwell Staffing Services, a Certified WBENC (Women Owned Business) and Disadvantage Business Certified (DBE).

Ruth has a proven record of success assisting world-class organizations with their executive recruitment and leadership development requirements. A trusted advisor to senior management, she builds long-term relationships, and has an established reputation for her commitment to excellence and focus on results.

She inspires individuals to live their essence thru their career, entrepreneurial business and promote diversity in the workplace. She does so through many different mediums including her peak performance leadership coaching practice. She has studied and has been coached by world leaders such as Anthony Robbins, Darren Hardy, John Maxwell, Barbara Bruno and Chelt Holmes.

Ruth is a member of several professional associations, supports various charitable and community based organizations, and also offers her time coaching recent graduates. She is currently writing her first book to help individual find passion in their career by being true to their life’s purpose.

Frank Clark is a Management Consultant, Executive Coach and Serial Entrepreneur. Currently he is CFO and a Partner in Game On Sports 365, LLC a company that is building a $20 million indoor/outdoor sports recreation facility that will transform the recreational landscape in Westchester County, NY. Previously, Frank co-founded CytoSorbents, Inc., a medical device company for which he helped raise more than $50 million and build the management team. That company now has produced the first blood filter in the world that can substantially reduce mortality in sepsis and septic shock. It is currently approved for use with a CE Mark in Europe, and is available in more than 30 countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. FDA trials are expected to begin in 2015 for Cardiac Surgery. The company recently uplisted to the NASDAQ National Market under the ticker symbol CTSO, and is trading at a market capitalization of more than $200 million. Frank is currently consulting for that company.

Frank began his career on Wall Street in financial forecasting and investment research. He later worked in commercial real estate with a developer seeking to develop the Chelsea Piers in Manhattan.

Frank is the original Founder and current Co-Organizer of the New York Power Team, which he formed in 1993 after attending a Tony Robbins UPW event. He has started several other mastermind groups including 3 Power Teams in South Florida, and continues to coach people all over the US in starting and running Power Teams. He is also a Certified NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner, a certified Neurostrategist™ and a certified Hypnotherapist.
