Sugar is bad for us, and most of us don't even think about how much we eat. It makes us feel fat, bloated, tired, and irritable. It's destroying our health. After successfully completing a one week sugar fast challenge, you'll feel better than ever before. That's the goal of trying it. The sugar fast challenge is a great way to live better and feel better by going one week or one month without any sugar. Videos, literature, support, and an anti-sugar supplement are included free of charge. My goal is to let others feel for themselves the benefits of a zero sugar diet.
