Taking our popular class outside, making it FREE! We will be leading a team of trainees that are looking to convert regular equipment into a different use. Constantly moving to timed intervals, participants will be encouraged to use just about every muscle in the body as they move themselves, weights, medicine balls, sand bags, kettlebells, and whatever else our staff can get our hands on! We adjust the resistance and movement based on ability and previous orthopedic history. All exercises will be performed safely with strict attention to form and detail. Always looking for new cadets in this fat-shredding class, are you up for the challenge? This FREE community event will take place every Saturday morning (weather permitting) at 7:00am meeting in the ActivEdge parking lot. The class will be about 50 minutes in length and will start Saturday, June 11, 2016 and go through August 2016.
