Native Plant Walks at Lettuce Lake

  • Lettuce Lake Park

6920 E Fletcher Ave, Tampa, FL (map)

    28.069237 -82.374369

  • We will meet outside the Visitor's Center, near the boardwalk.
  • Come discover the beauty of native plants on a guided walk with a representative of the Suncoast Native Plant Society. One hour walks will start in the native plant garden at the Visitor’s Center, then on to the boardwalk to see what grows naturally in the hardwood swamp. Join us each month to see the seasonal changes and wildflowers. Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult.

Walks are FREE, but there is a $2 entrance fee per vehicle (up to 8 people) to get into the park.
