Join Georgia and Jeannie in an exploration of meditation. We will choose one type a week for 8 weeks, present information about it, and then practice a "sit" in that style.
The goal of this series will be to help demystify meditation for new and intermediate practitioners, focus on the scientific aspects of the practice, and provide support and encouragement to each other as we try to establish/increase meditation as a regular routine in our lives.

- SPACE IS LIMITED! We are accepting no more than 10 RSVPs. If something comes up then please change your RSVP so someone else can have your spot.
- THIS IS A SERIES! We want to provide a well-rounded understanding of meditation. We also want to provide an environment of familiarity and safety, which means continuity of members participating. Please RSVP only after you are sure you can commit to not missing more than 2 nights in the series of 8.
- WE WILL START ON TIME! ARRIVE EARLY! We all want to be on the same page while learning and obviously a sit should not be interrupted.
