This meetup will provide practical methods to reduce stress, relax the body and mind, and enhance spirituality. Participants will learn chanting, as well as moving and seated meditation.
Participants will also learn how to manage the functioning of their mind when faced with difficult situations. For those who easily get angry and want to change their reactive habits, attending this group is highly recommmended.
We also provide practical tools that then can be applied for students or children to benefit their education.
