Let's face it: it's tough to find deals right now but they're out there and Dean and I continue to find them regularly. Join us to learn our latest strategies for finding them, funding them and reselling them for handsome profits for ourselves and high returns to our private money lenders. If you're not marketing, you won't be getting leads and if you're not getting leads, you won't find deals and if you can't find deals, you're out of business!
Agenda for this meeting:
1. Introductions and open mic time (please bring your flyers, cards or other promotional materials. Please limit your mic time to 60 seconds or less. If you need more time, please contact the organizer to schedule your presentation.)
2. Topic 1 - Private Money Lending/Partnering. Designed to give Private Money Investors and/or prospective Private Money Investors valuable information on the process of lending money to or partnering with rehabbers.
3. Topic 2 - Case Study. Designed to give beginning and prospective Rehabbers information on how to succeed in finding, analyzing, fixing and selling Bay Area houses.
