As principle of his real estate investment company, FindFAST Real Estate, LLC, Steve has been investing in real estate since 1995. Steve has trained under many of the national real estate investor experts including the FortuneBuilders team (educational side of CT Homes, LLC) in which Than Merrill, Paul Esajian and JD Esajian (the stars of “Flip This House,” currently on A & E) are the principles. He became a student of theirs in July 2009 and has since graduated and became a mastery coach for their highest level of students, training student nationwide how to invest, rehab and manage real estate. His current real estate portfolio includes many investment and commercial properties and his main expertise is the ability
to take under performing real estate properties, developing a vision and executing that vision to create the most value for those properties. He and his team of real estate experts have
done over 3,000 transactions throughout the years.
Previous to this, Steve was employed as high as Vice
President level in recruitment, training and human resources in the corporate world for several nationally recognized companies.
His education includes a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Point Loma College (San Diego, CA) and an M.A. degree in Communications from Regent University (Virginia Beach, VA) and vocational training at Los Angeles Broadcasters, located in Hollywood, California.
This meeting takes place on the 3rd Thursday of the month an is an extension of the very popular "Bay Area Private Money Lender Group" which has been meeting in Fremont on the 2nd Thursday of the month.
