The hardest part of our job? Finding deals that have the potential to make a fair profit for you and a solid, safe return for your investors. Join us on Thursday, the 21st to hear Mary Morrongiello, a veteran of our industry, share her thoughts and ideas for keeping the deal pipeline full. Mary is going to recap what has changed in the rehab game since 2008 and she's also going share how she found 6 of her most profitable flips in 2012 (five different ways).
Mary is a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-things-done kind of a person and we are honored to have her with us. Mary has fixed and flipped houses since 1987 beginning in Tampa Bay and moving on to the California wine country in 1998. She completed her 89th house as of December 31st. In 2007 Mary lost everything when she got stuck as the market collapsed in a multi-million dollar rehab and has had to start over by using OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY. In 3 agonizing years Mary has gone from a position of having $419 to her name in August 2009 to being in a final group of three rehab teams nationwide to be filmed for an A & E Channel pilot. Unfortunately, they decided to go with a team in Vegas, so it was back to doing what she loves doing most " Making ugly houses beautiful again...and getting paid to do it!.
This meeting will fill up fast so don't wait to get registered!
Agenda for this meeting:
1. Introductions and open mic time (please bring your flyers, cards or other promotional materials. Please limit your mic time to 60 seconds or less. If you would need more time, please contact the promoters to schedule your presentation.)

3. Topic 2 - Case Study. Designed to give beginning and prospective Rehabbers information on how to succeed in finding, analyzing, fixing and selling Bay Area houses.
My partner Dean and I buy UGLY houses for pennies on the dollar, remodel them beautifully and sell them for top dollar. We call ourselves “The UGLY House Magicians” and I’m sure you would agree that it does take a little magic (and a lot of hard work) to locate these bargains and turn them around in such a short time. We will explain more about what we do and why trust deed lending makes good sense in today’s market.
Seating is limited so reserve your spot right away.
Where: Sunnyvale Community Center at 550 E. Remington Drive.
When: Every 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
