Join us for our weekly Saturday Guided Zoom Meditations! We begin promptly at 11am every Saturday, starting with a guided meditation and ending with a selected passage. Whether you are curious about meditation or have developed a regular practice, we welcome you to join us as we dedicate 30 minutes of our day to nurturing our mental health and developing concentration, joy, and peace :)

Sit with us as we dispel negative thought patterns and set our intentions towards intentionally joyful living!
