DAYLIGHT SAVINGS has finally, which means the arrival of our BRAND NEW evening sessions! Our beautiful sun will be out long enough, so join us for the most fun you'll ever have walking and dancing at the same time; all while getting an awesome workout, meet new people & feel inspired to just BE!
We are a dynamic group of people from all walks of life and all levels of fitness. I encourage all my members to go at their own pace, listen to their bodies and be free to do whatever movement or dance steps comes to them. You are more than welcome to follow along with me or move along to the beat of your own drum!
What to Bring
~ A Water bottle (preferably a small one; we will be walking consistently, however there are water fountains at the half way mark as well)
~ Portable carrier for your phone, car keys, water etc. ~ Comfortable clothing & covered athletic shoes
~ YOURSELF! Come as you are whether or not you're in a good mood, just be in the moment of the music and the movement!
NOTE: If you are a first timer you will be required to fill out a liability form before the session starts. We will have forms available the day of OR may visit our website www.musicinmotiondance.com and download the PDF file from our Session Info page; print, fill out and bring to your next session!
