Let's take advantage of the ocean breezes to enjoy this hike that will take us from the top of the hill ( at seaview park) overlooking Laguna beach and hike down to Aliso Peak ( where we will hang for 5-10 minutes to enjoy the view) and then we take the Valido trail down to Aliso beach. We start the hike at seaview park. THIS IS NOT AN EASY HIKE so it's not for beginners. The trail is very steep and trekking poles are suggested. Elevation gain is about 950 feet. We will take our time and when we reach the beach we will spend about 20 minutes enjoying the beach and the ocean with it’s cool breezes The total distance is about 4 miles round trip but don't let the distance fool you as the hike back up the very steep hill will be a great workout. Figure 2 1/2 hours. Expect great views. For those who have never done this hike you will love it.
NOTE: PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY AS WE LEAVE PROMPTLY AT 9:00 AM
DIRECTIONS: from 405 take Alicia parkway toward Laguna Niguel. Drive about 5 miles and make a right turn on Pacific Island Dr.[ If you hit crown valley you just missed it by 1 block]. Go 1 mile and make a right on Talevera Dr. Seaview park is on the right and homes are on the left. Park on the street at the end of the park. Actual address 22742 Talavera dr, Laguna Niguel
