Time to get the heart pumping with some hills, great views, and some of the best people you will ever meet. The hike greets you with a steady hill for about a .65 mile, then it levels with intermittent hills until we reach our first marker (Bommer). We will build up to two workouts in the summer:
1 Emerald loop
2 Beach sand workout if hot weather
We are now in the advance hiking 7 to 8 miles
Meet a new friend, support one another, and have a great workout!
Bring water you'll need it, hat, sunscreen, flashlight (just incase).
We need to be completed by sunset per park rules.
