What we're about

This is a group for people who want to add more exercise/movement into their lives.
A group for people from any background or lifestyle to connect over movement.
Our goal is to build an international active community, originating in London.

We will organise a wide range of activities and events.
We are open minded and keen to explore the many ways in which we can move, not just inside a gym or doing circuit classes.
Retreats, fun runs, hikes, sports, dances or whatever else sounds like a fun way to connect and explore more of what our bodies are capable of.
If you have any suggestions or something you want to do with a group, let us know, we are open to pretty much anything.

This is not an intense execise class, with someone shouting over you to push out more reps (unless we decide to try that too!), this is a group encouraging everyone to explore movement in the way they want to.
We believe that exercise should be fulfilling and add value to your life, it should not be seen as a chore.

We also believe in taking a balanced approach to both exercise and lifestyle. We will often spend time socialising after our meetups with some food or a few drinks and will be running regular social events.

Sunday Slackers

(Meeting Place) The Mansion

This is a free weekly session for people who want to get moving more and join an active community in London. This is one of several meetups we are starting every week. We will set up the slackfline, bring a big bag full of ball games etc. to play around with and hang out for a few hours. Please feel free to bring anything that you want to play with a group. It's a great opportunity to get outside, get moving and meet some new people. Once a month we will head out of town for more of an adventure..something like camping/hiking, kayaking or anything fun really. Any fitness levels are welcome to join. Please bear in mind it’s not a 'coaching' session. If you need any help, feel free to ask. We will be joining in too, but will be available if you have any questions or need any advice during any of the sessions. We are a friendly and welcoming group so feel free to join us at any time. For your first session, it will be best to come on time so we can get introduced first. If the weather is working against us, we will head somewhere else. Possibly to a climbing wall, gym or to do something random like trampolining. If you have suggestions of something you'd like to try with a group, let us know...we're always happy to try something new. Please be aware of your limitations and be careful, it's always best to start slow and be safe. We are a social group and there is time to chat and get to know new people. Tuesday Night Climb

The Arch Climbing Wall

A meetup for people to who want to come climbing and join an active community in London. This is one of several meetups we are starting every week. There are many challenges from beginner to advanced, so no matter your skill or experience level you will have a good challenge. Any fitness levels are welcome to join. This is bouldering so we don’t use ropes, and usually won't be climbing too high from the floor. We are a friendly and welcoming group so feel free to join us at any time. For your first session, it will be best to come on time so we can get introduced first. We don't charge for the meetup. The entry fee to the wall is £11 and shoe hire is £3. There’s free parking on the road at this time. *Please bear in mind this isn't a 'coaching' session & we aren’t qualified climbing instructors. We will be climbing too but will be available if you have any questions or need any advice during any of the sessions. Supple Social @ POP Brixton

Pop Brixton,

This Friday we are having our first social. A chance for us to meet and connect outside of exercise/sport. There is a dance floor, for those of us to struggle to sit still for too long...the organisers fit into this category. This is a relaxed open air venue. They cover it if it rains, but dress to keep warm! There are some good pop up food stalls and good deals on drinks (e.g. 4 coronas for £10). We're an easy going, very welcoming group. We look forward to seeing some of you there. If you have any questions please drop us a message. (A couple of us will be in fancy dress for another event. Get dressed up if you want to, but don't feel obligated to.)
