- The Photography Show
Apologies for the late notice. I mention this only because I'm going tomorrow and wondered if any of you will be there. I'd be happy to meet for a coffee or lunch, or just a chat if you want to talk about any of the gear on show/sale. My train gets there at 10:45 so I should be in the hall by 11:00.
- Winter Landscapes
Accuweather.com says it will be dry and sunny on Saturday 22nd! http://www.accuweather.com/en/gb/reigate/rh2-7/daily-weather-forecast/331058?day=17 Winter landscapes can be challenging because of dull skies and lack of colour but there's still plenty to photograph. There are route options from Reigate Hill, offering choices from expansive views to small details and everything in between. We'll choose our route based on best light and least mud! Each route includes an interesting monument in the landscape as well as woodland, views and the woodland floor. Let's test our creative vision. Bring: • rainwear, especially for your equipment. Few cameras or lenses are waterproof; • your camera manual; • lenses: wide, telephoto/zoom and macro if you have them. Compact users will have built-in options for these settings; • optional: tripod, flash, torch, reflector, white/black card.
