What we're about

Adults of all ages and abilities can enjoy the benefits of meditation in motion with Tai Chi Qigong on Wednesday afternoons, 1.30pm-3.00pm, and occasional Saturday Qigong workshops at Downside Village Hall, Downside Common Road, Cobham KT11 3NP.

Tai Chi Qigong is a gentle but effective form of exercise that improves balance, coordination, strength and flexibility of body and mind. The practice generates more energy than it uses up, and brings the mind into a state of increased relaxation and focus which spreads into every aspect of our lives. By reducing stress we allow our bodies to move efficiently without exertion. It's bliss!

Adults of all abilities, including complete beginners, are welcome at any class. Tai Chi Qigong is suitable for most people but if you have any health concerns or other questions then do call me for a chat on 07944 872332 or email liz@surrey-shiatsu.co.uk. I have 12 years experience of Tai Chi Qigong, qualified as a teacher 2 years ago, and am a member of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.

Classes are £12.50 drop-in or you can book a course of 7 lessons for £77. Private lessons are also available.
