Tai Chi Qigong Enjoy the benefits of meditation in motion with Tai Chi Qigong on Wednesday afternoons, 1.30pm-3.00pm, at Downside Village Hall, Downside Common Road, Cobham KT11 3NP. Saturday workshops and private lessons available. Adults of all abilities, including beginners, are welcome in any class.
Tai Chi Qigong is a gentle but effective form of exercise that improves balance, coordination, strength and flexibility of body and mind. The practice generates more energy than it uses up, and brings the mind into a state of increased relaxation and focus which spreads into every aspect of our lives. By reducing stress we allow our bodies to move efficiently without exertion. It's bliss!
