This is a group for anyone interested in yoga for flexibility, posture, mind-body connection, relaxation, health and well-being.
You can practise for all sorts of reasons: to remain fit, to stay healthy or recover your health; to balance your nervous system; to calm your busy mind.
There are classes, suitable for everyone, as a anti-stress and relaxing practice with modifications offered in cases of injury or illness. There is also specialist classes for the back (www.yogaforbacks.co.uk).
Yoga promotes good health and movement for many conditions including back pain, joint mobility, arthritis, stress and anxiety, asthma, even migraines or just for general anti-stress and relaxation. Classes may include gentle mindfulness yoga, breathwork and relaxation.

Christine is a yoga therapist (PG Dip IYT) with spine specialisation, registered with the CHNC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council), accredited by the British Council for Yoga Therapy. She is a registered teacher of the Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs Programme (www.yogaforbacks.co.uk). She is also a reiki master teacher, an oriental remedial therapist, an Ayurvedic marma massage therapist (face, feet and hands), a qualified Tibetan Heart Yoga teacher and Mindfulness Yoga teacher.
Christine is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
Nicky is a vinyasa flow yoga teacher and also teaches yoga to kids (7-11 years) and teens. Come and join a class of flowing yoga sequences and mindfulness set to chillout music.
