We offer wellbeing events in the heart of Sussex. Our classes and workshops include meditations, seminars, courses and tools to live happier and healthier lives.

We all live busy lives and a condition or ailment can arrive through certain patterns, lifestyles and psychological changes. By using specific techniques for those ailments or conditions the pattern can be reversed and the body is able to heal itself.

A magical “must have” for physical and emotional well being is meditation. We can easily conjure up all sorts of ideas about this practice but with the backing of studies, the health benefits can’t be dismissed.
