Please join me for Essentrics, QiGong, Tai Chi, and Yoga at our studio, Suuz Moves and at two YMCAs, (where you can come early, go to front desk to sign in as my guest free one time with your photo ID) Otherwise you have to be a member of the Y.

I've been practicing the beautiful Eight Treasures® QiGong for over 20 years and have a style of linking movements for ease in learning. My cueing and love of the practice allows enjoyment for even very green grasshoppers (beginners). I also teach Tai Chi for Arthritis which is so beneficial in learning balance and shifting weight - and this carries over to everyday life. I am also a Trager® Practitioner, a body work modality for ease in movement along with Mentastics developed by Dr Milton Trager. I am also a Level 3 certified Essentrics® Instructor and 200 hour Yoga teacher, linking with some QiGong and Tai Chi with hybrid movement studies. Please move with us.
