I've been practicing the beautiful Eight Treasures® QiGong for over 20 years and have a style of linking movements for ease in learning. My cueing and love of the practice allows enjoyment for even very green grasshoppers (beginners). I also teach Tai Chi for Arthritis which is so beneficial in learning balance and shifting weight - and this carries over to everyday life. I am also a Trager® Practitioner, a body work modality for ease in movement along with Mentastics developed by Dr Milton Trager. I am also a Level 1 certified Essentrics® Instructor and 200 hour Yoga teacher, linking with some QiGong and Tai Chi with hybrid movement studies. Please move with us.
